Was Mark Furhman (OJ trial) found guilty of any misconduct at all or was it all smoke & mirrors?

IIRC When asked (on the stand) if he had ever used the N word or racial slurs, he said no. Someone produced audio of him using such things quite a bit. He plead no contest to perjury, got a couple years probation and a fine. Fuhrman seemed to get more attention than OJ during that circus, the defense and the media basically put him on trial instead. |
