Just went to pick up my 10/22 from Ruger and the thing is beat to hell and the rear sight is crooked. Torqued the dove tail and one edge is pulled up what should I do

Well finally got a hold of them. Great customer service so far. Guy was relieved as hell I didn't sign for it. Going to decide wether to get a refund or an exchange once it gets back to them.
Hopefully the rest of the process goes just as smooth minus the wait on the phone. |
