Guys, Do you remember how crappy it was after Sandy Hook? I owned an AR-15 well before Sandy Hook, it was my first rifle. I was a long time lurker on this site (still need to get a membership). It wasn't until after Sandy Hook did I have a renewed interest in firearms. My 13'er badge shows this clearly. Not having anything prepared for that panic sucked. I am much better now, but I never want to have to go through that again. No 45ACP, no 9mm, 223 and 308 expensive hunting ammo only. LPK's and the likes were non-existent. I still have a box of Freedom Munitions 45ACP. That shit was soo dirty and all the headstamps were of different manufacture. I swear you could see the unburnt powder and crud leaving the barrel every shot. It was the only thing around. I learned my first and last lesson. |
