All I can think of is how great will it be for patriots to get to kill commies right in thier own AO. No need to go to years of military training, jump schools, all hours of training in far away lands, mixed in with random humanitarian missions, long periods of time away from home mixed in with moments of complete terror and also being bored beyond tears for days on end.

Just bypass all that BS and go right to kill'n commies right in your own hometown (legally of course).

The problem is, they're actually delusional enough to believe this bullshit. They've grown confident in their abilities to roll the local Starbucks and light it on fire but they fail to realize that it's only because the leadership in the cities are telling their police to stand down and "give them room to destroy."

Now, if they really think that they can take their show on the road and go confiscate some farmers operation, that farmer and his kids are going to probably spend a good 20 minutes sorting through their 50+ guns deciding what they want to use to fend off this communist attack. Shit like, "Do I want to use this rifle that I have set up for shooting yotes and gophers at 500 yards? Or do I want this drum fed 10 inch .308 that shoots a 10 foot fireball?" It's not going to go well for the commies.

And when there's a pile of dead hippies at the end of the mile long driveway, the local sheriff is going to drive up and say, "Well, looks like self defense to me!"

As I recall, Texarrakis resulted in a long thread, here, and they failed harder than most here seemed to expect of them. Their planning failed in many ways (abandoned their main shelter before they left on the drive to west Texas, when they realized that their tow vehicle wasn't rated for it). They seemed to lack any motivation to do anything harder than setting up a tent. They apparently decided that going to McDonalds to use their wi-fi, was the primary goal of each day, until the money ran out.
