Quoted: If it took that long to find someone in the thread that "has good taste" my guess is that you both have bad taste and just bumped into each other. Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Ohhhh! I apprenticed for piercing. I used to have a microdermal by my eye.
DO NOT DO THIS. Putting a microdermal in your finger is a terrible idea, and any piercer who would do it is an asshole if they didn't counsel you on what a waste of money it would be. First of all, microdermals reject, very often, even if you have a really good piercer who puts it in really well, there is still a very high chance of rejection, especially in an area with constant stretching/movement/contact like your finger. Microdermals also constantly get snagged on things, shoving your hands into your pockets will rip your microdermal out. I tore mine halfway off my face because I caught it with a box I was taking off my shoulder. If you can't/don't want to wear a ring, consider a tattoo, but also remember that tattoos on fingers fade faster than other tattoos, they also blow out and fall out at much higher rates that other tattoos. The space of the knuckle also limits what design you can use. (forget about patterns/knotwork/celtic/tribal) |

(forget about patterns/knotwork/celtic/tribal) yes. they do fade quicker. they get scarred/scratched. ours are 2 years old now. my wifes looks great (she holds ink well) mine is alittle beat up but still good. we plan on getting them redone every 5 years as "renewal" and definitely go simple if anyone else does this. |

(forget about patterns/knotwork/celtic/tribal) I have had pretty good luck with my other microdermals except when I ripped out my hip piercing lol |
