Maybe he felt since he got away with the first few why not, lots of cops seem to think they are above the law and for good reason. How many cops shot a person in their entire career let alone 3? One would have to look at similar cops in similar roles in the same area to see if he is an outlier. I'm betting his UOF history is going to get a deep dive as it should. |
