He is an opposition influencer, plain and simple.

I misread it as "literally kicking in doors" at first.  Would that be wrong though?

Of course they do. Simple SS# deduction of those who already got it automatically shows those who didn't. Luckily a lot of minorities refuse the vax also so unless the needle nurses want to take on the pit bulls and sawed offs behind every other door on MLK Ave. I don't think the house visit thing is going to happen any time soon.

Good point.  I guess that means the more likely outcome will be the velvet fist of the IRS giving special treatment to the vax free tax filers.  Nothing will be publicly announced of course...

Doesn’t she realize that if you’re willing to commit murder, other laws won’t matter much.

Nothing in the tank
Out of ideas

How long until they admit that law enforcement is not racist and traditional policing supported by the courts is the only way to deal with this

IANAL but whatever happened to Habeas Corpus?
IAAL, but it's been a while since I've handle these types of issue, so give me some slack . . .

Habeas Corpus is writ issued by a court, upon motion from an interested party, that commands the jailer to produce in court, the person being held.  It allows the court to inquire into the person's well being, the reason for they're detention, and review whether the detention is excessive, inappropriate or a violation of the person's rights.

It isn't automatic, it doesn't always yield a release, and it won't happen unless someone makes a motion for a writ.

The common reasons for a writ of habeas are:

1)  Reason for detention:  Any person arrested and detained must be brought before a magistrate within 72 hours to have the charges they're being held on announced, explained, etc.  A person cannot be held without charges and a presentation of those charges.

2) Inhumane Treatment: The conditions in which they're held must be humane, and provide for basic human needs.

3) Speedy Trial: Finally, the prosecution has to bring the case to trial within a certain time limit (speedy trial).  This timeliness varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but where I am, a person can be held for up to 180 days before trial provided, or longer if the defendant delays or waives.

4) Unreasonable Bond: The person so held has the right bail/bond/release based on the nature of the charges, and they're flight risk.  Exceptions are made for particularly heinous crimes.  Insurrection, it's what they're calling this, is likely one for which bond might be excepted.

Then there's Article I, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution which provides that "[t]he Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

While there would have been considerably more risk, what if that had been a gun store?

What jurisdiction does the Capitol Police have?

Per Wiki...The jurisdiction of the United States Capitol Police centers on the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C., the adjacent congressional (House and Senate) offices, and the Library of Congress buildings. This primary jurisdiction is about 270 acres (0.42 sq mi; 1.1 km ), with about 58 acres (0.091 sq mi; 0.23 km ) the Capitol-grounds itself. The U.S. Capitol Police also have extended jurisdiction over parts of Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest Washington D.C.

Someone posted in another thread their powers were expanded to the entire US in 1946.  But it is limited to intelligence gathering and protecting members of Congress and the Senate.  Definitely something fucky going on with opening offices.

Sure would be a shame if Florida declined to cross-swear the CPD.  Then their "authority" would be limited to inside the Congresscum's district offices.
