I did that in the primary to see Milwaukee burn to the ground if the super delegates came back to play (no offense to anyone stuck there). It looks like many Dem areas didn’t need my help.

This will be the the really interesting part.
In WI, our last gubernatorial election was decided within the margin of vote fraud. Everyone knows it. Nothing can be done about it. Too late.

Trump knows that vote fraud is going to be a thing. He needs to be launching a massive election monitoring strategy NOW. Ballots need security features. Common fraud strategies need to be pressure tested, exposed, and have vote-security measures installed.

We can't let the sanctity of the vote be violated by any print shop with some card stock. We can't let every locale makeup their own versions of the ballots and buy pallets of them from China. We can't trust every locale to manage the ballots and results. For the Federal election, the Federal government should control the ballots. Supply them, free, to all the locales. At a minimum, they can control the quantity of ballots, detect duplicates and forgeries, etc. Put SOME limit on the magnitude of damage that any particular locale can impart.

I would go full on entrapment-style provocateurs on vote fraud.  I'd also leave my present employment to head this up for the President. "Czar of Vote Sanctity"

There's a site for that.

19 killed 71 wounded. Average for the 4th.  There may be bodies they haven't found yet of course.

This has been brewing under the surface for decades. Visceral hatred for anything clean, upright, and lawful. Everyone with ghetto experience understands it implicitly, and everyone without ghetto experience lies to themselves with a wall of excuses and context manipulation.
Now it's blown up into outright political intimidation on the street. People are hesitant to put up Trump signs, bumper stickers, or attire, BECAUSE IT WILL DRAW ATTACK. Political violence is being ENDORSED by the media as just.

It's good that this is becoming visible. Anyone that bypasses the media to take a look is greeted by harsh realities. Any social media post about the news of the day is immediately inundated with invitations to see what really happened. Truth is contradicting The Narrative at every turn.

thats some good stuff !

hell, like you said, make the feds responsible for vote cards, and use anti fraud / counterfeit shit in the ballots. each card has a bar code / number, run them all thru a machine to read the serial number and tally the vote. cards with no serial number / fake numbers or duplicate numbers are not counted. each polling place only receives enough ballots to cover their registered voters, with no extra on hand. which should remove the ability to just bring in box after box of prefilled out fake ballots. who gives a shit if it takes a few more days to count all the ballots if they can help ensure the vote is legit.

how about a federal reward for reporting voter fraud ?  people might not want to get involved normally and roll their eyes when they see voter fraud, and might be a generally true blue democrat / repub, however, when you stick a $10k etc cash reward to reporting things people start making phone calls because they want that sweet reward money for a new phone, used car, vacation etc.   voter fraud would be a lot less appealing if everyone knew there were loads of under cover feds lurking around looking to grab them up, basically the way they do with machine gun sales, terrorist attacks, militias, straw purchases etc. one good year of arresting and prosecuting and jailing the shit out of voter fraud people would keep voter fraud down for a decade.

Sherman is hated mostly because he was effective. He lived in the south for a time and offered much better surrender terms to the south than DC was willing to tolerate.

Yeah, because a guy that was basically in Atlanta for '5 minutes' 155 years ago has caused all the problems...not what the citizens of GA have done ever since. Makes sense. I'm willing to bet that if you look at violent crime rates in Atlanta over time you'll see that rampant violence like we're seeing more recently (last half century) compares poorly with Atlanta in the first 100 years after Sherman left. Still, Sherman's fault....somehow, lol. Southerners are a funny lot.

Lol Texans are unique. Lee had a fondness for “those Texas boys”.  Used em sort of like shock troops.

Grant used Sherman like a hammer against an anvil.  Sherman was the instrument for total warfare.  For generations Georgians refused to name their sons “William” a very popular name.  Sherman didn’t know what to do with “contraband's” or liberated blacks.  I would recommend a reading of Southern Storm: Sherman’s march to the sea it demonstrates through daily logs and diary Sherman’s thoughts on Georgia and what he was doing and why.

This is fucked, it’s not free speech, it’s subversion, DOJ, FBI, law enforcements arrests these fuckers already

Watch: Pro-Palestinian BLM Rallies in U.S. Call for ‘Death to Israel, Death to America’

At pro-Palestinian Black Lives Matter rallies in New York and Washington, chants were heard calling for “Death to Israel,” “Death to America” and “From Gaza to Minnesota, globalize the Intifada!”

Several hundred protesters attended the July 1 demonstration in Brooklyn dubbed as a “Day of Rage” event, set to coincide with the earliest date Israel could begin its plans to apply Israeli law over parts of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley.

Speakers issued inflammatory rallying cries that ran the gamut from anti-Semitic and anti-American to just plain absurd. One pro-North Korea activist called for the end of the United States of America and its “puppet governments,” the liberation of “Palestine,” and for Korea to “be one again.”

There were multiple attempts to connect the pro-Palestinian cause with Black Lives Matter.

Dequi Kioni Sadiki, the wife of former Black Panther Sekou Odinga, said: “The European Jews who occupy, slaughter and continue to force millions of Palestinians onto their killing fields called refugee and concentration camps, are the relatives of the Europeans… who kidnapped, slaughtered and forced millions of Africans and indigenous” into slavery.

Calls to “abolish the police” were joined with calls to eliminate “the Zionistic state of Israel.”

Speakers and organizers made it clear they were not interested in Israel arriving at a peace agreement with the Palestinians. Instead, they said the Palestinians deserve the entire land.

“The land that Israel exists on is still stolen. The 1948 lands are still stolen — Jaffa, Haifa, Tel Aviv… was stolen. We don’t want to go just back to our homes in Gaza and the West Bank. We Want all of it,” activist Nerdeen Kiswani, one of the organizers, said.

“We don’t want a fake Palestinian state that they give us while Israel still exists,” Kiswani added.

Chants of “Fuck your two states!” were later heard.

One speaker, known as Rob from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, led an Arabic-language chant shouting “Death to America!” “Death to Israel!”

Meanwhile, protesters at a separate“Day of Rage” march in Washington, DC, were heard chanting “Israel, we know you, you murder children, too.”

One of the march’s organizers, Harvard student Christian Tabash, read a poem about Israel’s alleged crimes against Palestinian Muslims according to the Washington Examiner. The poem, called Mr. War — an apparent reference to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — included the line “Curse thee, the corrupters of Zion. Fuck this occupation!” and referred to Israel as “puppet master of continents,” paying homage to the anti-Semitic trope that Jews control the world.

Tabash also paused several times during the march to remind protesters that the Palestinian movement is “intrinsically tied to Black Lives Matter,” the report said.

The Republican Jewish Coalition published a statement responding to the march saying it was “horrified by this vicious hatemongering by Black Lives Matter protesters.”

“The Black Lives Matter charter is filled with anti-Israel and anti-Semitic lies. It is deeply disturbing, but not surprising, to hear those sentiments chanted in the streets of Washington, DC,” the statement said.

The RJC further called Democratic hopeful Joe Biden, “as the standard bearer of the Democrat Party, to condemn these anti-Semitic chants by BLM protesters.”

I doubt they were handled with kid gloves but the PD doesn't talk to our news sources anymore so any incedent has to be reported to the news by citizens  to begin with. Even all the radios are encrypted now so scanners are useless except for fire calls.  This was in probably the most dangerous places in town now however.  Really really bad!

Still, Sherman's fault....somehow, lol. Southerners are a funny lot.

Sherman was advancing with a supply line that had been cut.

Confederate forces had captured Johnsonville, TN, where Union supplies were transferred from riverboats to trains, for the trip to Nashville (which had been turned into something of a fortress city by the occupying Union army).  Instead of delaying the advance until supply lines had been reestablished, as the Confederate forces had expected, Sherman advanced while confiscating any supplies that could be found along the way.

After capturing Atlanta, Sherman stayed there for about six weeks, before marching to the port city of Savannah, applying 'scorched earth' methods as he advanced.  He was not happy about the freed slaves that kept following his troops, expecting to be taken care of, as they were both a hindrance to the speed of advance and a drain on his supplies.

Sherman is not responsible for the current Atlanta, but his actions did rearrange things considerably, impacting the area for quite some time.

For me the point remains the same. Black on black violence is greater by magnitudes than white on black or blue on black.

I didn't take it that way. I was agreeing with your point. Black people killing black people is important if Black Lives Matter. Clearly it isn't so for me, clearly they don't.

The next narrative we will hear is how the systemic racism has led black people to have to do things like this... Solving systemic racism will solve the murders of black men and black children by other blacks... I will have a one word reply.

How?

It's amazing how few people make the correlation between how people act and the impact on how they are treated in the black community.

Apparently that liberal education never explained the difference between homicide and manslaughter. Yet another instance of someone not taking responsibility for their actions and the part that those actions played in someones demise.
