Damn it. First time some jerk off ordered some parts using his wife's CC, so she reported it as unauthorized, and took the money back. Two weeks ago, I get another chargeback letter for a purchase made on April 12. This customer(I mean cock sucker) bought a complete RRA upper, and on August 9th, told the CC company the item wasnt as described and wants the CC amount given back to him. So now I'm out $490.00. After 2 weeks of disputing the charge back, they finally tell me tough shit. Once again, someone rips me off, keeps the merchandise, and gets their money back. I'm glad the CC companies are looking out for the consumer, because they dont do squat for the business owners. |

isn't stealing a firearm from a FFL dealer, which I assume you are, a criminal offense? if so just have the ATF go after him, that is if he has keep the thing instead of sending it back. ah forget it, he just stole a upper.........you might want to sue, if that does any good. |
It's not a firearm. But yeah, post his name, and alert the asskicking crew from his shipping address area to go kick down a door. |
An upper is not considered a firearm. Besides, the ATF could care less. |
Tell them it was a full auto upper. I'd bet they don't know the difference and would take notice.

yeah I re-read the post, and edited my response.........oh well, I seriously doubt the local police would give a shit about it as well. |
Clearly, what was done is illegal. Someone has to give a sh*t....especially if the CC companies only care about the purchaser. HH |
