The official NFL apparel (sp?) office actually sold a few dozen jerseys with the "Ron Mexico" name on the back of them, one could pay to have any name on any jersey for an extra fee. Once the NFL office got wind of the herpes lawsuit with the "Ron Mexico" alias, they banned that name from future sales!  Seems that little brother Vick is about a big a punk is big brother is, as well. A pox on both of them, IMO. They have all the class of a fart in an elevator. |

As Rush said, black QB's get a lot more attention & slack from the media. Neither Vick is a winner, nor ever will be, IMO. Neither could carry Doug Williams nor Steve McNair's jockstrap, IMO. |
You got that right about McNair and Williams, but also McNabb. All those guys are reasonably mobile and can pass with accuracy. Vick cannot pass consistently worth a crap. This "different type of quarterback" shit is getting real old and is nothing but an excuse. Anytime the Falcons have played a team with a decent defense, they have stomped on him. Also, he is a punk, all you have to do is listen to his never ending chest thumping. |
The sooner the better. They are gonna screw around and pull another "Brett Favre" with Shaub and he will go somewhere else and have a Hall of Fame career. |
