Used all info from my buyers club account, but then had the items paid for with my brother's credit card. 3 separate orders. 2 were for the cheap Rem UMC/Wolf deals that arfcom hooked me up with! I was getting married and my bro was hooking ME up. so, i get the first order and the discount buyers club pricing is not what the credit card is charged! the order went thru online showing the discount, and my email confirmation showed the discount, but not the final charge. i called SG and verified the other 2 orders were not at the discount either. i asked her if i had called SG and paid with my bro's card would that have not worked? she said that would be fine. i told her that is what i did online, and she said i needed to use my acct. #, but i did! she offered to reorder the merch. right then, but we all know that being bumped screwed me. just lame and weird. i cancelled the orders entirely. am i crazy or is this an SG screw up, at least based on what i have said, and they should have fixed it instead of blowing me off? |
