How many members are on your team and what is their current level of training? What is your team usually utilized for?

We have 12 members. 8 are well trained and have been on for awhile. 4 are very green and haven't been to SWAT school yet. normally no knock search warrants. high risk arrest warrants. we have 2 barracked subjects last year and a possible active shooter the tuned out to be nothing when we got there

If a third of your team is relatively untrained, you should probably be spending most of your time on the basics of clearing, movement, etc.. If you think you've got that down, move on to managing downed team members and other issues that arise when plans go to shit.
