I would take a look at the Amsec BF series of safes. They seem to offer good security & fire protection & may fit in your price range depending on which size that you need.

Bought a Liberty Fat Boy Jr about a year ago, get some rifle rods and you will be set! The racks are a joke, rifle rods are the way to go.
