SDHC 64gig is $35

SDXC 64gig is $46

I see nothing that jumps out and explains the differences...

SDXC cards are typically higher capacity and have faster write speeds.

The read/write speed is where it's at.

My GoPro only uses the faster cards because the slower ones will heat up and shut it down.

It's the read/write speed...

Computers (which phones are) are all about where the bottle neck is... Without knowing your configuration, it's possible your device is fast enough and this card would be the lowest denominator and thus delay the read/write.

Write speed. My 4K camera won't work on the slower ones.

Pay the extra.  It's not voodoo.  Especially noticeable on burst mode with a dslr.

Also don't assume your camera will utilize the cards max write speed.

It's common for a 50mbs card to run at 30mbs 100mbs card to run at 60mbs in the same camera

The higher speeds are better for video recording.

Camera can tolerate slower write speed due to having a buffer.

If you're shooting JPEG, yes.  But in RAW format?  Nope!

For the camera get the highest class you can get.

I teach filmmaking with DSLR cameras.  I only use class 10 due to the data bottleneck issues with lower class cards.

What will happen is that the camera will just shut down if the data transfer bottleneck becomes too great. You wife may experience that and think something is wrong with her camera.

OP, get this card.  Yes, it's only 32 gig, but I prefer a couple smaller cards over one large one.

Look for the little 1 or the 3 inside if the U. The 3s are faster for 4k recording.
