Food of the gods.  

My grandfather taught me to eat them.  I don't think my mother ever forgave him for it.  My Mom used to make me eat them on the back porch

Can't stand them. My brother and I used to go on moose hunting trips. He'd eat those things out of the tins like they were candy. We'd sit below the crest of a hillside glassing for moose and he'd belch that crap for hours. Took me a few years to realize he was sitting upwind on purpose. He got what he deserves: he's now living in Louisiana surrounded Katrina Refugees from NOLA who have tripled the population of his down and quintupled the crime rate.

Gross A guy I used to work with would eat them on Frito's, I cant get past the smell to eat them. I did pick up some good ideas from him though, to this day I love Frito's and peanut butter, Oreo's with peanut butter on them are good as well.

Sardines are the husband's "go to" snack when I am out of town.....mustard or hot sauce are his favs.

If he eats them when I am at home, he will offer me a good night kiss first as he smells like cat food after he eats them.
