My wife has a polish sausage recipe that's been passed down generations. We used to do it at least once a year but haven't the last few

I want to restart the tradition while my son is young but we need a new stuffer.

I've read so many reviews of style, brand, size that Im back to where i started

What do you use/like?

Thanks

I have the LEM 5 lb. version.  Works well enough and is all stainless steel.  I've gotten good results making brats, polish sausages, summer sausages, et al.

Google Duncan Henry on the U-tubes.  He's a sausage making genius.

This is the one I was closest to buying because it looks pretty sturdy. Is it as easy to clean and refill as they make it sound?

5lb isn't a lot but if it's not hard to refill it doesn't seem like a big deal

Recommend at least 11# size, vertical, and dual gears.  Silicone gasket, and blowoff valve on piston.

I have the LEM 5 lb vertical stuffer.  Mine has metal gears.  It works really well. There have been a couple times I wished it were bigger, but 5 works.
