If this is not completed by September 17, 2007, we will be forced to suspend your account indefinitely, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes. We thank you for your cooperation in this manner.

I got one once on my personal home computer two years ago that said

Attention USER:

We have monitored that you computer has been used to view over 160 illegal websites.
To aid you with this issue we require your full name, birth date, current address, and social security number to ensure your innocence in this issue.

Best wishes,
some guy in the FBI.

Only it wasn't and FBI web address, and why would they Email me about it, let alone that I have never viewed any kind of website that would be considered illegal. I told my dad who is an LEO and he had a good laugh.

Please IM me with your name, birth date, password and creditcard info. This information is for verification only. Failure to due so will result in suspension/termination of your account.
