You are trapped in a building, there were four of them but you shot one and he is dead. Your right hand has been hit and is out of commission but you will live. You trusty gun has run dry and you mags are empty. You have three boxes of ammo in you Bob over your shoulder and you have hide pretty well. These guy are looking for you, as you are the only witness to there crime. How would you fight on??

Despite what your grade school teacher taught you, there is such a thing.  Bottom line? In your scenario, you either have enough time to reload your magazines with one hand or you do not. Mindset and tactics will determine if you survive the rest of the confrontation. Mind you, you've already gone through all the the magazines in your EDC/BOB and have, apparently, failed to neutralize the threat(s). This is a case of poor training that X number of spare/loaded magazines will not solve. |
