So do they ever have anything in stock other than the sword?

Yes, However their business model is to place a knife on the website and take orders for two to four weeks, then they stop taking orders. At that point they complete the manufacture of the knives and start shipping about three weeks after they stop taking orders.

This is not a knife for those people wanting instant gratification.

ETA. they are about to start taking orders for a small skeletonized knife. It is supposed to be priced for under $50.

QFT. I have a Scrapyard MOD 7, and LOVE it. I have abused it, and it is still kickin' ass!

Yard hooks aren't the current knife.

I think the next knife they have coming up is a neck knife.
