We see more and more of these idiots trying to break into houses by sliding down the chimney.WTF?

How could anyone think they could get past the flue? (sp)

sorry, just saw a story go by on the news and it made me have to ask.

Any LEOs in here dealt with one of these?

One woudl thin kit was much easier to just smash in the door, then to get up on the rook, then climb down a chimmney.

You gotta ask yourself what these guys were thinking.

these are the same people that need a sign to not put their hand under the mower when it's running.

It just amazes me........

Saw it on the news here in Portland yesterday.  Laughed my ass off.  Idiot  went down the chimney to escape after a botched robbery attempt (don't ask, nobody figured that part out yet).  He got stuck.  The chimney had to be largely dismantled and they had to grease him up with some sort of firefighting foam to be able to pull him out.  It took hours!!  LOL.

When the reporter was asked by the anchor if the thief had any words.. the reporter told him the words couldn't be repeated on tv.

Loser.  It was good for a great laugh!

Dismantle someone's chimney to get him out??  Chimneys are expensive.  I'm betting he won't reimburse the homeowner the cost HE imposed upon them.  How about, "You got yourself in there--you get yourself out!"??  Worthless POS.
