Looking at a Seiko Solar Watch. Model SNE-102.
$87 and some change

Good?
Any experience with them?

How do they compare to the Citizen Eco models?

Thanks

For a man's watch I prefer their Kinetic models. I've had one for 18 years and it has been awesome.

For ladies, the kinetic movement won't fit in the smaller case, so I bought a Seiko solar model for my wife. She likes it, but it does need reasonably dirwect sunlight to charge - she had the habit of not wearing it for long periods and leaving it on the bedroom cabinet... It discharged and stopped. Overall, though, she likes it.

I decided to blow the money and get the Seiko and also a Citizen BL5250-02L. Both for $267.17 delivered. Guess that way I don't have to second guess myself

Funny, I just picked up a Kinetic. Very happy with it so far. Then again, I have three other Seikos and none of them have ever given me a problem.

both came this past week. I am a little disappointed in the Citizen. The date is very hard to see. 8 & 9 looked the same with my bad eyes even though I had my glasses on. When it rolled to 10 it was easier to see what it said.
