This is where I am at, and I sent e-mails out telling them that. People have to follow through with it though, or nothing will happen.

There was a chance of ruling NFA as unconstitutional due to the tax.  Poll taxes were ruled unconstitutional.   Now that the tax is zero, unconstitutional arguments in court will be much more difficult, if not impossible.
