Has any one ever purchased anything from Shadow Ops Weaponry?  I purchased a BCG from them and wanted to cancel the order.  I contacted them twice and haven't heard anything ten days later.  Their phone goes right to voicemail every time I call also.

I ordered a BCG last year and it actually shipped out and arrived in about a week. Your complaint about being able to contact them seems to be a common issue with them these days.

I was just looking at the gunsmithing area on their website and in my opinion, it contains a fair amount of BS.  If I were you, I'd contact my CC co. and see about contesting the charges.  Ten days without any answer is a little (lot?) suspicious.

I did their Shadow-15 lower deal.  They did good work for a reasonable price but it took like over a year to deliver with multiple emails bugging them.

PSA's shipping service is like a warp drive compared to Shadow Ops.

I ordered a BCG from them. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was Facebook. Emails and calls went unanswered. Took less then an hour to get a reply on Facebook. I did receive the BCG, but I wouldn't be ordering from them again.

I had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with them and my lower was delivered very late, but the BCG showed up fast. There not going to screw you out of your money, but they take forever to answer emails and don't answer the phone. I actually didn't get in touch with them until I posted on this site about it.

I had to file a report with the Colorado BBB to get my refund for my .308 bolt carrier. I called and spoke with Shawn once a week for 2 months and each time he stated that the guy that does refunds is backed up, but he will get it done right away (BS). There's a red flag in itself. They have no problem taking your money and promising you reasonable lead times to get your business, but then when you are unsatisfied with the long long long delay, they have a tough time giving that money back. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them EVER. Hopefully the company caves as quickly as it came.

I'm dealing with the same issue they won't refund my money after they never shipped my bolt carrier I ordered. On 3/28/14. I cancelled two weeks ago and they won't respond to my calls or emails. I called my credit card company and also the Better business B and filed complaints.
