Nice catch.

Looks like North Florida water. I was fishing off the south jeddy at Mayport yesterday. We saw some huge tarpon rolling. C&R'd two overslot reds. Also a saw a school of jacks feeding but I couldn't get a cast at them with a topwater quick enough.

I never put my hands near the toothy end of a shark!!! I just cut the line close and the hook rusts out in a week.I let it go because I eat the little ones.. There easy to put in a cooler compaired to hhe big ones... This photo was dangerous to take... Someone could have been hurt..

You ever see A Shark's eyes Chiefy? They have lifeless eyes, like A doll's eyes. Until they bite you and the eyes roll over. Catching sharks is fun.  I caught this one last fall in Destin pass.  I was fishing for reds and kept getting bit off by something big and toothy.  I rigged up a steel leader and tossed out a live pinfish.  A few minutes later, I was hooked up with this bull shark.

We used to catch them all the time in the surf down at Fripp, as big as 6ft, blacktips and sands, then sandbars started growing and migrating and the sharks got smaller
