| An Ego T 1300 mah batt I got from them in January died on me today. Since their only $7 new wouldn't it be cheaper to just order a new one rather than return it for replacement? |

Quoted: I keep meaning to drive by there just to see... Quoted: Quoted: They have a delivery/return place in Miami and will reimburse you for 1st class shipping....if that's worth $7 of your time I don't know... I keep meaning to drive by there just to see... It's there; I've used the Miami address. As a matter of fact,.. I had to send them EXACTLY the same DOA eGo 1300 as the author (Hacker, if it's the VV with the three red LED's, maybe you got mine The problem with the FL address is, you can only SEND the battery there. After they verify it is DOA (only takes a couple days), you have to wait for the new one ... sent from the China warehouse. |

I prefer the smaller form factor of the ego batts. I'd rather not carry a 3 D cell Maglight in my pocket. I just got my first mechanical last week or so, and was surprised at how small it really is. Look at my pic, and the other guys' pics in this thread: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_175/1625238_Mouse__and_you_other_mechanical_junkies________.html That's got the juice capacity for me to go about 24 hours, and the battery capacity to go even more, in a not-very-big package. |

NYShooter with all his length and girth makes me feel so inadequate in the pants... All I have is this little ol' thang http://i.imgur.com/NNfd3Do.png
That reminds me. I need to pick up some good 18350s. This is 2014. Why don't we have 18350 sized batteries with 18650 power yet? |

Yeah, we should at least be seeing 1200-1500 real mah, if you go by the advances in 18650 and factoring in size. I'm assuming there just isn't huge demand. On the other hand, I think Mouse was saying he got some good higher amp 350s, Efests I think? Still, I'm more concerned with mah. I had no fuckin' options when I bought these, it just became a matter of best price pretty much... because I wasn't getting any technological jumps no matter what I spent it seemed. |

Yeah, I'm not too concerned with amp limits, as I have a 1.4ohm coil in my KFL. Just wishing for longer run times in 18350s. |

It's cool to go half that when you want to and not really have to worry about it though. Or, for a more practical example, take off the 1.4ohm KFL and toss on the .7ohm Omega |
