Bought a shot timer off amazon. It came in yesterday. Off to EAGC to see how fast I am from the draw. Average about 1.6 seconds from the draw. Glock 19, raven concealment Kydex holster,  aiming at steel plate rack at 7 yards I think they are 8 inch plates. I had a couple of 1.5 and and 1.45 but wasn't hitting consistant at that speed. 1.6 was I was consistant. What is your time?

My fastest a week or two ago on a C zone shaped steel target was a 1.35...

Surrender start...

USPSA style inner/outer belt with a bladetech holster...

And since the steel was static... Didn't fall... The second shot was a .09 split.  I was using the Surefire timer app on my iPhone.  My PACT timer is kinda haywire.  It will give some spurious 1,634 second split or transition.

That ^^^ was at 8 yards.

I used to shoot these steel matches at a club years ago.  They had a stage called double trouble.  It was two targets, an 18 inch wide by 24 inch long plate about torsoe high.  Then there was a 10 inch plate behind it and and above to represent the head.

Surrender start, draw, put two on the rectangular plate, then one on the head, Mozambique style basically.

My fastest was a 1.5 _ for all three shots.

7 yard record is 1.16 seconds for one round on a 1/2 size IDPA steel target out of an OWB. I haven't been to the range where I could use the timer in a while though.
