been wanting to get one to use for drills/training, but have no idea what to look for. What brands/features should I look for or avoid? Don't need anything too fancy or expensive, but am willing to pay enough to get good quality.
I'm considering buying a Pact III, but I read that the company's customer service is horrible, so if you have any problem with the unit, it's a nightmare to get it fixed. Any truth to that?
