Sucked IMO, The "twist" if you will was easy to figure out. well, i thought the twist was to make YOU confused if he really was insane, or if he was being set up to look insane... im no rocket surgeon, but im usually good at figuring movies out. this one- i felt could have went either way. he was koo-koo or he was being set up for an experiment, i couldnt decide. i still cant figure out though- at the very end. did he just pretend like it didnt work, so they would give him a lobotomy and wipe out his bad memories ? when Leonardo said... "is it better to like as a monster, or die as a good man" makes me think he knew exactly what was going on by the ending... and wanted to be put out of his misery... |

Yup, I can't figure the ending out. I think he wanted to be "stabbed in the eye with an ice pick". as unpleasant as it sounds.... me thinks he would prefer a 2 minute ice picking, versus a lifetime of remembering his "losses" and actions. and i do feel there were some great lines too... "If I sank my teeth into your eyeball, would you be able to stop me before I blinded you?" ... "you could try" |
