Talk me through the process like I'm stupid (which I might be).
I have a Shellback Banshee plate carrier. Not sure where my cummerbund is, and as I have read, it does not have inserts for armor. What cummerbund has inserts for armor that would work with my carrier? I have level IV for front and rear plates, and plan on IV for sides as well. Is there a standardized size for side plates? If so, what size? |

These will attach to the cummerbund that came with your Banshee. As evidenced by their size, they are intended to hold plates measuring up to 7x8. There are smaller (and larger) side plates. Those pouches and a set of plates will get you up and running.
There are plenty of side plate pouches that will work with your existing cummerbund though. Its just molle attachment. |

I'll have to dig around this weekend to see if I can find the damn cummerbund. If I can't find it is there a replacement cummerbund that has inserts already built into it that'd be a better buy than just replacing the cummerbund with another from Shellback? edit: sorry I realize I had already asked that question in a similar thread. |
