Looking for a simple, effective wallet to replace my aging fossil wallet.

Will be taking a trip to japan next month so I'm upgrading all my personal items.

Price range 150 and under...

Upgrading your regular Wallet or your "out of country" travel wallet ?

I have both, There is a pile of stuff in my regular wallet, that I never need travelling.
Since all you really need when travelling is credit card(s) and drivers licence, I just move that into my 'travel wallet'

I have had THIS exact wallet for 10 years and it is great shape still.

I bought it when we were in Pigeon Forge. The link I provided was for the image only, I know nothing of that company.

I use a vintage cigarette case.  Looks stylish, works well, and isn't bulky.

What is the the minimum amount of wallet contents you are willing  lose ?
What is the minimum amount you need, For me Credit cards(2) and Driver licence.

For me I use simple cheap wallet (again so I can afford to lose it)

I've had a coach wallet for 4 years now.  It's edges show wear, but it's hanging in there like a champ.

I'm not big on designers, but it was well made out of good leather and the right price, so I took a chance on it.

I just got one of these about a month ago. I like it, seems well made and looks durable.

I've switched to this after my deep pocket one died.  This one is very comfortable for a front pocket wallet.

After my card wallet bit the dust, I switched from a separate money clip and card wallet to this and it's working great. Three card pockets on one side, one pocket at the top in between the two layers of canvas, and a magnetic money clip. They make it in all leather as well, if that's what you'd prefer.

If your looking for simple, I highly reccomend the capsule minimalist. I bought one when they were on kickstarter and it has held up very well.

I have one ready to go if my stingray wallet ever gets lost or dies out

a real stingray skin wallet
I dont even know how to find a real one these days since they became hugely popular to fake
my wife bought me one years ago
thing still looks brand new, wears like iron

here is my deal with travelling
only basics go with me
and I use a cheap wallet
nothing I will miss if it comes up missing for various reasons
