8-27-1990 Has it really been 14 years since Stevie Ray Vaughn was killed in a helicopter crash? My how time flys. Sad that he seemed to have beat all his personal demons at the time and his career was looking up. Life is funny sometimes. Never knew the man but I miss his music. RIP SRV |

I still remember where I was when the new came across the radio. Standing in Rockin Robins guitars in Houston. They knew him and sold him gear time to time. It was a bad place to be when they cut in the radio and announced the accident. We always seem to lose the good ones before their time.
