Hold down the arrow button for about a second or two, then let it go.

I dunno about your archery problem, you are holding the button to fully draw the bow before letting the arrow fly, right?

As far as money goes, have you played Fallout 3 or New Vegas?  If so, do the same thing you would do in those games for money.  Take everything and sell it as you can.  I've got like 7K gold by just wandering around searching bodies I've killed, and taking random junk and selling it.

If you don't mind cheating (kind of, but not really) google 'doors of oblivion' money glitch.

I just finished on "Master difficulty" setting, and restarted at Master last night.

On Master difficulty I am ussually lvl 20 by the time I kill the 1st Dragon in Whiterun.

Hints for Master lvl play:

Number one:
Max out Smithing early on. I ussually have around 50 Smithing with corresponding gear before Bleakfalls Barrow.

Nunber 2:
Mine everything. I go mine hoping before I even start any adventuring.

Number 3:
Alchemy is your friend. Potions are a must and are ate like candy on master.

Number 4:
Sneaking is your friend. Never play fair, and always suprise attack, then spells. (I play a Bow/dagger-Wizard with great success). Heavy Armor is pretty much useless on Master difficulty as Sneak attacks are a must.

Beware of Dragur Lords on Master difficulty:
Seen one eat 3 Ancient Dragons and not loose 1/4 life. he one shotted me every time at level 40 so I just leave him alone.

I looked that up, there are faster and more fun ways to get gold. If you loot enough dungeons you will have more gold than you know what to do with soon enough.

Yeah, 100k gold now and own all the good houses just by dungeon crawling.
It's not too hard to accumulate wealth if you keep and sell everything you loot.

For money, I'd recommend going to Riften ASAP and finishing all of the thieves guild quests.  That will open up vendors with 4,000 gold each.  The real pain in the ass regarding money isn't getting enough, it's finding vendors with enough gold to buy your stuff.
