So before you say this is the wrong forum....
My husband and I inherited a LARGE number of 35mm slides, with more to come. We would like to convert them to jpg. Is there one converter that is better than the others? I did a brief bit of research and keep coming up with ThinkGeek. Was hoping for some previous experience with this and some recommendations for equipment. We have a large enough number of slides that it is not practical for us to send them in for conversion. Thanks in advance. |

I bought one by Minolta and am pleased with the results, but as Doc mentioned above, you'll be spending a LOT of time doing it. It's a good investment though; the device will also create images from both color and black-and-white negatives.
Check out B&H Photo for a huge selection in stock and good prices. I have been dealing with them for years, and their service is great. |
