So I got a Colombian recipe for cooking small red beans, and while it is tasty, it takes a lot of time to prepare.
Anyone have any recipes for cooking small red beans? Either as a side dish or part of a main dish. I know how to make chili, so unless it is one of those non-traditional Chili in name only recipes, I'd rather pass on that. Like red beans and rice sounds good, but the crappy recipe on the bean package made me .
