1) Smaller font, especially in the subjects list.

2) Make the editor window (where you type in your post) the standard 80x40 charactes - 80 column by 40 rows.

You can adjust your font size in your profile, should be adequate for you...

As for the editor window, I'll check on it later... if we can squeeze more into it, then I'll do so. (80x40 is HUGE!)
