Pretty neat to watch. Prince rupert drops have some interesting characteristics. Namely they are very strong on the thick end, but weak in the tail.
His first video about them:  Mystery of Prince Rupert''s Drop at 130,000 fps - Smarter Every Day 86 He shoots them with .22lr (neckbeard?)  Bullet vs Prince Rupert''s Drop at 150,000 fps - Smarter Every Day 165 He takes it up to some FMJ ammo in a new video released today (a 22mag and a 38 special)... the results are impressive  .38 Special vs Prince Ruperts Drop at 170,000 FPS - Smarter Every Day 169 AR and AK are next

He needs to do superslowmo on the tannerite. I bet the flash was too bright to see any detail.
But I thought he was too close to the tannerite, especially with all that expensive camera gear |
