Well, still "in process", but in about 8 hours, there will be meaty goodness!
I stuffed them yesterday and let them cure overnight. I've made literally a ton of whole muscle meat jerky, but never tried with ground meat until this.
I'll post a proper pic once they're done. Let me see, I need the rifle, sidearm, reloads for each, EDC knife, booze... Do I really have to come up with a cloth napkin for a snack pic?

Damn that looks good. That's it... I think I might try the Alton Brown (HVAC filter + window fan) method this week. Just gotta pickup some appropriate meat.
