That's a pretty entertaining list.

Also entertaining is that the guy is in marketing - AKA how to bullshit an item better than the other guy, to get the sale.

Here are my answers:

1.     Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
-- Whatever the company feels is necessary to attract quality employees, and what is required by law.

2. What should the national minimum wage be?
-- There should not be a national minimum wage.  The market and potential employee value should drive wages.

3. How many sick days should be given to employees?
-- None.

4. How often should employees get raises?
-- All raises should be on a merit based system, with the employer deciding who should get the raise.

5. How do you feel about guns?
-- I like them.

6. What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
-- I have no problem with it, and will carry my own, if allowed.

7. What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
-- They are not needed. Challenging work environments are just that.  So, if you cannot handle the environment, perhaps you should not be in that position.

8. In a creative environment like The Silent Partner Marketing, what do you envision work attire looking like?
-- Whatever TSPM deems appropriate.  I work for you, in your office, so I should not be defining what I should be wearing to work.

9. Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
-- No.

10. How do you feel about police?
-- I know many in law enforcement and respect what they do.  The majority of these men and women do their job every day, without incident. We should support them.

11. If you owned the company and were to find out that a client is operating unethically but was a high paying client…how would you
handle it?
-- I would speak with the client about correcting the ethics issue.  If the client refused to acknowledge, or chose to ignore my request, they would be fired.

12. When was the last time you cried and why?
-- The end of the movie Patton, when he is killed.

13. You arrive at an event for work and there’s a major celebrity you’ve always wanted to meet. What happens next?
-- I do my work, like every other day.

14. What’s your favorite kind of adult beverage?
-- I don’t drink.

15. What’s the best way to communicate with clients?
-- Face-to-face.

16. What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time?
-- I hunt in my free time.

17. What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
-- The future workforce will mainly consist of two sets of people.  Those who took their studies and extra curricular activities seriously, and prepared for their future, and those who did not.  The latter will have a hard time finding work.

18. What’s your typical breakfast?
-- Two eggs and sausage.

19. What’s your favorite drink when you go to a coffeehouse?
-- Water. I don’t drink caffeine.

20. How do you handle bullies?
-- With a punch to the face.

21. How do you handle it when your ideas are shot down?
-- I consider the information on why my idea was shot down, and work to come up with better ones.

22. What do you do if a coworker comes to the table with an idea and it sucks?
-- I let them know how I feel about it.

23. What does the first amendment mean to you?
-- Any US citizen should be allowed to speak their mind on a subject, without the government limiting that speech in any way.  This includes dissenting opinions to my own.

24. What does faith mean to you?
-- The belief of God and the Gospel.

25. Who is your role model and why?
-- My role model is a mixture of people who I’ve met through my life that has taught, or influenced me, to be a better man in everything I
do (work, family, hobbies, etc).

26. "You're in Starbucks with two friends. Someone runs in and says someone is coming in with a gun in 15 seconds to shoot patrons.
They offer you a gun. Do you take it? What do you do next?"
-- I take the gun, check that it is loaded and how many rounds are left in the magazine.  I take cover in a location that gives me a clear shooting path to any entrances into
the space, and I wait.

27. What does America mean to you?
-- Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.  Literally.

28. You see someone stepping on an American flag. What do you do?
-- See #20 and protect the Flag.

29. What does “privilege” mean to you?
-- Nothing.  You have to work with the cards you’ve been dealt, not try to make excuses for your
position in life.

30. What’s more important? Book smarts or street smarts? Why?
-- Street smarts.  In a creative atmosphere, you need to base much of your ideas off day to day
reality, which you can then turn into whatever you choose.  Street smarts allows you to recognize what that reality is for an individual client, and in what areas you are able to blur that reality
to meet their goals.
