I got a 92 Ford F350 in a nice trade.  The guy had some AC R45TS plugs he never put in.  The truck should have R43TS.  How much does it matter to run a little hotter plug?  It is cold where I live.  The truck will not be used much, plowing snow and hauling hay though.  High altitude too, 8500 ft.

No big deal.  I'd leave 'em.

If you really care, pull one and check out the condition of the electrode.  If it's not burnt up, stop worrying.  If it is running too hot, throw it down a heat range (or two, back to stock.)
