Yeah that's a fair price.

The local stores around here stock XDs anywhere from 450-550.. so figure the $435 + $ffl + $shipping.. that's pretty close, I'd look around locally first though.

good price, but close to a wash once you include shipping and FFL transfer fee.

Around here you can get a XD for 475+ tax at gunshows.

I saw one new at a gunshow on Saturday in Germantown, TN. for $435. I Also saw an XD40SC for $429.
