Whenever I launch my browser i get that call Microsoft info and cannot close out of it unless I launch the task manager. Once and awhile Norton will block a page.
I've ran spybot and my antivirus, But nothing comes up in the scans.
Should I FO?

SuperAntiSpyware
Malwarebytes
Those three can take care of most problems and are all free. Though Avast and Norton will probably not like each other so you'll have to choose one or the other.
