Quoted: Looking for feedback on this. All I can find is a 12 pack and not sure I want all 12 https://cdn.shoplightspeed.com/shops/614088/files/26912861/650x750x2/stella-midnight-lager-6pk-12oz-bottles.jpg View Quote Ok first off, Stellas not a bad beer, but its also not a particularly GOOD beer. Saying its the best..... eh. If you REALLY want to see what good beer is, next time you take a flight through DFW have a gap between your flights and go to the Flying Saucer Bar. All kinds of REALLY good beers. Just look at all these! Then come back and say Stella is the best. |

That sure is an unusual way of spelling Coors Light. Is it French?

Stella on draught is awesome. From a bottle it's drinkable at best. Never encountered a beer so different. Draft beer is always superior but with Stella it's night and day and I'm not sure why.

I like stella but its an ok beer at best. I will try their midnight lager only at OPs suggestion

Quoted: That first title sentence is a bold statement, Cotton. View Quote Hell, even Rolling Rock is better beer. For fuck's sake OP, try even something mid grade like Kona Big Wave or Alaskan Kolsch or some such thing, if you don't want to step up to the goodness of a real beer. As to the OP, I have no further time in my day for hipsters who hated PBR before it was cool to hate it, which is before it was cool to like it. |

I went to England for a weekend and didn't recognize any of the beers on tap besides Stella, so I stuck with that since every place had it. I'm not a beer snob, I just wanted to get drunk on something I've had before and wasn't familiar with english beers. I went with Stella from about noon until 10pm and then switched to Red Bull and Vodka until close three day/nights in a row. I had two first time experiences on that trip; The first time I shit green and the first time I threw up from being hungover. At the end of the trip I stood next to Tom Brady at Heathrow looking at watches and I was too hungover to even acknowledge being shoulder to shoulder with him. Cheers Stella!

Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins celebrated their being the first on the moon by cracking open Stellas they had in a cooler on the landing module. . . . NOT Schlitz , like is often misquoted

Quoted: OP, you do know that Stella is referred to as " Wife Beater" over seas right? View Quote That's what a Dutch co-worker told me when I went to our office in the NL a few years back. "That beer Stella, it's the choice of guys who live in, how do you say, a trailer home and wear dirty sleeveless t-shirts." I could go for a Jupiler, but it's a little scarce here in Snow Mexico. And I haven't seen Bofferding anywhere outside of Luxembourg. |

The Midnight Lager is pretty good. Only available this time of the year.
