So I am interested in trying Straight Talk Wireless as opposed to Verizon which is costing about $180 a month for just my phone plan.
I would like to have an IPhone 6 which is what I currently have and am wondering if I can also get a Tablet and use my phone as a hotspot on the $45.00 a month unlimited plan? Has anyone done this and do you have any problems with the throttled down data after the 5 Gigs of high speed data?
Thanks

straight talk wireless terms didn't allow tethering as of 3-ish years ago.
They do offer bring your own device.

Apparently it is still against their terms.

I listen to Pandora every time I get in my truck, and lots of times all day at work.

I have never had it throttled in one months time.

It works great for me, hard to beat for $50/month.

GoPhone with AT&T will allow tethering.
$40 for 1.5gig and $55 for 4gigs plus all the unlimited rest.

StraightTalk hates tethering and will make it as hard as possible.
