As I said, working on the docks...

40 feet of dicks... A whole 40' container full of dildos.. Customs cracked open the can to do a "visual inspection" after they saw something "odd" on the x-ray / gamma scan..

I'm pretty sure ICE just wanted to play with 10,000 dicks..  Had they a bag they could have eaten a bag of dicks..

Sounds like one of the ghost fleet trucks of Try State motor transit they report directly to the government agency they are hauling for.

I'm not sure what it was, except the following:

It was guarded heavily by military
It was in 4 trucks with everything else being military vehicles
Full convoy with relief drivers and a gas tanker

I saw them taking a break/swapping drivers I guess,  and it was cool to see

The infrastructure they built for that fleet and the rules about where they can stop and how the facilities have to be hardened is pretty cool..

Lots of conspiracy BS to sort through out there but there is some pretty good information about the fleet. Many people have seen them on a regular basis, I saw one once.

Always wondered what kind of toys they kept in the SUVs.. I'd bet they have some pretty serious backup close at hand too..

If you've ever been in I-65 in northern IN just before the IL border you've noticed the windmills for miles.  When they were building those things, there were quite a few transporting one blade at a time.  1/3 of the blade would stick off of the end of the trailer.  Really gives scale to how big those things really are.    That was cool to see just because it gave me perspective of those huge things.

Other than that, I've helped load a F/A-18 fuselage onto a tractor trailer and have seen quite a bit of cool looking machines, none of which I knew what they were (I assume large generators, boilers, pumps, stuff like that).

Not necessarily transported, but when driving between client sites one day at work I got passed on the inside shoulder of an interchange by 3 Chargers - 100% blacked out, no emblems, lights, or plates - easily going 100+ .  Not sure what was going on there

When I was doing expedited freight, we got a call to Ft. Sill OK. When I arrived, there were trucks from 3 other companies there. They had us give them our keys, and briefed us. Basically, they said, one truck would have a load, the other 3 dead weight. Nobody would know who had the "load". We all got maps for separate routes, and security escorts. We had a minute to make a list of anything we wanted them to get us for the ride like sandwiches, smokes, sodas etc and they went and bought it. When I left, it was no stopping, straight through to Colorado Springs. No stopping for cops, scales, accidents, nothing. When we arrived in Co Springs, they took the trucks put us up in a hotel overnight, and they next day returned our trucks and gave us checks.

Odd as hell. I still wonder....

We took out our old steam dryer from the core and shipped it out in one piece.  Apparently its a big thing to do in one piece  On page 4 of this link you will see the truck.  It was an awesome pain in the ass to be a part of the project, but pretty fucking cool to watch it leave.

Yup, they were spy satellites. They were encapsulated so no one could see them (and they need to be encapsulated during the launch) and they were coming out of the Trojan Rubber Works plant, or Howard Huge's plant. Plus there was a literal herd of black SUVs covering the retinue.

We, who were "ordainary" security guards, had absolutely nothing to do with these movements. They came out of a 'black hole,' so to speak, where we were forbidden to enter.

Another thing that I never saw in person, but saw video/pictures of it on the local news was a a MASSIVE turbine for a local powerplant.  It took up 2 complete lanes, was god knows how long and the maximum speed was about 5mph.  They only moved it at night to avoid traffic issues.

Something like that came through our town last month.  Utility crews babysat them all the way through town, moving lines and traffic lights out of the way as they passed.  They moved at about 5mph.

That was the drill for the satellites I saw being moved. The caravan was preceded by a utility vehicle with a pole as tall as the satellite (which was being transported vertically). The electric company was standing by to take down the lines they knew were too low. They waited to the last moment so as not to cause a long power outage; this was in a heavily populated area.

About 15 years ago the GF and I stopped one night at rest stop the driver of an 18
Wheeler was re tarping the rear of his flatbed. On it was one beam of pure copper about 24"x24" give or take,  a little
Longer than the flatbed. He had armed Escort  front and back he said he was on his way to
Mint. I got the quick impression not to talk to him and just head to the restroom. We didn't talk long!

I saw one of those once... It looked like a trailer full of snakes trying to escape..

All the goats were sticking their tongues out of the cracks and vents of the trailer licking the wind like a crazy going down the highway.. Looked like hundreds of snakes flopping around in the breeze... I laughed.

strangest thing for me personall would probably be an M113 howitzer being towed on a flatbed.  Also seen some strange hazmat placards on trailers,  Seeing that gives me the urge to put space between me and those trucks.

Pretty sure I saw a space shuttle being towed down I 10 the other day, which had traffic held up in both lanes. Didn't get a good look at it, but saw the front nose cone and windshield and it sure looked like a shuttle to me. Was much bigger than I imagined.
