A James Ellroy story about LAPD, modern day. Corruption, plot twists, good production value.
I love/hate dirty cop movies. This was one of them. It's worth a look, hell, they are all worth a look just so we never forget that along with what President Lincoln called, "the better angels of our nature", There exists some bad little animals, too. Never, ever, submit to those little bad animals. |
| Just watched it on my computer after i saw this thread. sadly i think the plot was very thin with some decent action supporting it. The gun fights were ok but the things that held the movie together were the murdered out dodge charger srt8 that Keanu Reeves drove and the part where the black guy says "We straight nightmare". |

HEAT is where it's at. "It's all about the juice." I hated heat.....everyone is entitled to their opinion.....and mine is that "Heat" is the uber suck of all suckness x 10th power. The lame as relationships in that movie are only rivaled by the shear ass-sucking dumbness of the 112 minutes of wasted life span I spent watching The Boondock Saints last night. |
