There's a couple guys on here that have done work with coaches that do plans over email and stuff. They will hopefully chime in to get you their contact info.

Good luck, sounds like fun...well, not fun but you know what I mean...

50 miles of running then bench press?

I'd plan on a timely sprained ankle

Good luck, I'll watch just for curiosity but never going to try something like that

Is that in one day or over a week?

How is the event scored?

What's your weight? How much do you bench and how much would you like to?

I don't have any experience with events like this. But it seems like there is most likely a restriction on how much muscle you can put on before it becomes a liability in the run.

The bench press is 135 as many time as you can I am benching 360 right now but when I start the training for the running how much will effect the bench I need  a program that can keep both and the calories to go with it you also have 12 hr to finish the 50miles before the bench

197 wieght I have also ran 50 mile race before

You have to finish the run under 12 hr to get to the bench then it's one point per rep high rep wins

Benching 135 for reps isn't strength I would say it's more conditioning.

Example being me and a couple neighbors had a push up contest.  One guy always does tons of push-ups, at the time I only would do 5 rep bench press sets.

He killed me on push-ups yet I would crush him on max bench pressing.

Point being different adaptations.

I would say just work on benching 135 as many reps as you can to adapt that way.

I've also used an online strength coach who knows his stuff, but regarding this not sure if that is his arena.

Google Andy baker starting strength coach you'll find his website.  Great guy to work with.

Meh some guy that does Ironmans for fun might crush this, different training mindset.  I know a guy that might work if you are up for training by email, he has qualified for and finished the Iron Man like a retarded 16 times, he weight trains, but think of doing 95-135 ad infinitum with bro muscle to show for it.
