I have seen many threads of late about what can be done about the coming ban.
Writing letters results in an auto-reply from deaf ears. Others propose non-compliance, which instantly makes you a criminal. Still other threads theorizing things that are frankly disturbing. What if we take one from the lib's playbook? BEFORE the vote could a nation wide 2A supporter strike be organized? Pick a day and publicize it. We stay home with a resounding "NO". No 2A supporter will go to work. Trucks stop rolling, machines sit idle. Mail doesn't deliver. No 2A supporter will buy anything. Not gasoline, not food, not a even a cup of coffee. Not one red cent goes into the tax pool. Estimates say 70 million gun owners. If 25% of them took one day off it would leave a mark. Who could organize this (GOA, NRA?). I have sick days on the books....what say the hive? |
