Hello All! After studying some time for my Architecture History Final Exam (Tomorrow), I decided to take a break, cook up some junk food, and enjoy some free time. Dinner: Hot Refried Beans with Pico De Gallo mixed in it, topped with Molten Sharp-Cheddar Cheese, and Pace Cilantro Medium Picante, scooped up with Tostito's Scoops Chips. Accompanied by a nice small glass of Southern Comfort. Watching A Christmas Story, with my Olympic 20" nearby, and my Magnum 3.75" folder, and Architecture books nearby. Ahh... The life of a college student who will be grossing out his study-group partners later tonight after too many REFRITOS! LMAO. That's not me, it's Ralphie in his dream sequence with "Old Blue" shooting Black Bart in the back yard. In the case next to the TV is my Ibanez Electric Guitar. Yes, my ass feels like it's on fire now... [:D] Thanks for the prayer!!! I'm going to need all of the help from God on my exams! I'm not your typical Egotistical male Architect though. After taking Architecture Socio/Cultural Philosophy courses, I've realized many things about how I'm going to design buildings in the future... Do you design something with the user in mind, or with all bearing on ideas of the person paying you? Etc... Such issues have made me VERY certain that I'll someday be a good architect. Sometimes I just want to buy a tactical nuke to take care of those hideous sell-out neighborhoods where people design every single house identically (and painted identically too) for about 1 square mile... You know those 'hoods! Well, I've got to go annoy people in my study group with heinous/noxious gasses now! I think the Whisky won the battle though! Funny though. I thought a Dinner Pic thread would get more responses... :-P |
| Good luck with the finals. I finished up last wednesday. 3.7 overall, i'm majoring in M.E., coulda done better, were it not for a dipshit history professor. ...45 pages of writing for a basic 200 level course? gimme a break. even if it was honors (which it was), that is a little excessive. |

Those small round things are toasted reindeer testicles. Err.. Umm... Actually they're green olives. They add to the flavor with a little salty zing. I've convinced 2 friends to go shooting with me, but it's impossible to get their girlfriends to give it a try. Especially after they smelled that study session. [puke] |

He has only posted 2 things in the past 7 days. This happens every single semester, and it's a pattern I've seen since I've signed on. It's happened that his final exam weeks seem to coincide with mine every semester, long before I was even a noticed nobody on this site. This pattern is apparent, because he has more willpower that I do. He knows he's addicted to ARFCOM, and can still quit when he needs to for academic reasons (finals week), then starts his addiction again afterwards. I'm sure he's studying his ass off now. But I can't prove it. I just notice when a fellow student disappears for a while (like I sometime do), it usually means he's swamped with academics, work, girls, guns, shooting, and other important necessities of life. But that's just my guess regarding his disappearance. Some people wonder why I don't do something beneficial to society with my obvious attention to detail, and my ability to notice patterns & things. |

Otherwise, just give me a number to work with. You and the client won't know the difference anyway. On the other hand, you should take your parents' advice when they tell you to NEVER LET YOUR DRINK OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!!! That little fleck of paper in your drink isn't just coincidence, and it's not a part of a napkin! It's an LSD Blotter! Put The Drink Down! You Computer Science Suckers Are DOOMED! I was CSci for 3.5 years until I changed majors to Architecture, and I'm doing VERY well at designing. C++ Is the easiest thing on earth, I can only dream to have an advanced C++ final today! IT's the advanced physics, and advanced calculus that suck! Why is it that schools expect CSci majors to be Physicists and Mathematicians that can program like Gods? Yup! I moved out of that cr@p hole! Since I've moved, I've only had to spray people once with mace in order to defend myself/others! That's a significant drop in # of times! I love my new apartment too! It's got a GREAT bathroom, a 1 BR all to myself! The kitchen sucks, but they said if I choose to renew my lease they'll replace the sink for me before the new lease begins! Yes... Cinderblocks are a kids best friend! They're cheap, tough, and functional! |
