What VoIP advice did he give you?
Just curious.
I find that he generally knows his stuff although when I polled the forum recently it seems I'm the only one who uses IP telephony with PBX inside the home (which is surprising).

He got me some help when I managed to hose a router config in one of our branch offices. Let this be a lesson to you folks, don't let your data/security folks play with voice.
