Fixed a few little things, and cleaned up some more code. I also made the ICQ information active now, so you can add your icq number to your profile if you wish to share it, and an icon will appear on your posts which allows users to send you a message to your icq account. If you click on a users profile, the icq number will be visible (also a link to send a message) and there will also be an icon which shows their current status. (This may be moved into the actual forums, but for now I wanted to make sure there was no added delays, such as linking with ICQ to get the proper icon would cause.)
